We aim to deliver best experience for all of our customers and thus we check every single item prior to shipment to ensure all of our products are free from defect. However, in rare cases that you receive defected products, we are glad to accept returns.
The returned goods/products will be check thoroughly. Please include the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition.
The packaging should also be in original condition as received from us.
Once we received the returned product, it will be inspected by our Quality Control Team within THREE (3) working days. Products conditions that does not meet our requirement will be rejected. The requirement (but not limited to) are as follows:
- Original Kaen.co tag must not be remove from product.
- The products is UNWORN, free from body odour and perfume.
- The product is unwashed.
- No lipstick or makeup stains.
- The zip (if any) must be in good condition.
- No fabric stretch marks/damage.
If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will NOT be any refund and exchange allowed.
Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 14 business days after the confirmation.
Kaen.co is not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

- Allow up to ONE (1) business day for us to process and reply your request.
- Once we accepted your return request, you may ship the items back to us. The return shipping cost shall be borne by customer.

Kaen.co reserves the right to reject requests for returns and/or refunds where
(i) Such requests are deemed habitual in our sole and absolute discretion; and/or
(ii) There is suspicion of purchase for the purposes of resale.
