  • You can skip the shipping fees with free store pickup at Kaen.co HQ @ Elmina East. After placing your order and selecting store pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

    • If you wish to cancel an order or request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We will review your request and assess its feasibility based on various factors, including the order status, processing stage, and product availability.
    • However, we STRICTLY do not provide refunds. Customer may only request to exchange items with the same or lower values.
    • Please understand that once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, cancellation may not be possible.

      • Return and Exchange Policy

    • We only accept returns for defective items within 7 days of the received date.
    • Normal priced items and promotional items, are exchangeable within 7 days from date of purchase with original receipt.
    • For promotional items, you may exchange the size of the same item or items with the same promotion under the same brand and department, and it is subject to stock availability.
    • Exchange items must be in original condition
    • Where the value of the item taken in exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, the customer shall pay for the excess value.
    • STRICTLY NO exchange for INNER WEAR due to hygiene reasons.
