  • You can skip the shipping fees with free store pickup at Kaen.co HQ @ Elmina East. After placing your order and selecting store pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

    • At Kaen.co, we strive to provide the best customer experience. Please note that cancellation requests are subject to Kaen.co's sole discretion, and we may not always be able to accommodate them.
    • If you wish to cancel an order or request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We will review your request and assess its feasibility based on various factors, including the order status, processing stage, and product availability.
    • However, we STRICTLY do not provide refunds. Customer may only request to exchange items with the same or lower values.
    • Please understand that once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, cancellation may not be possible.

      • Return and Exchange Policy

    • We only accept returns for defective items within 7 days of the received date.
    • Normal priced items are exchangeable within 7 days from date of purchase with original receipt. Return shipping and additional shipping cost may applied.
    • For promotional/AS-IS items, strictly not returnable / not refundable.
    • Exchange items must be in original condition
    • Where the value of the item taken in exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, the customer shall pay for the excess value.
